Hello there! Well look at you lovely bunch. I’m Rose, and I am the owner and creator of Rosie Posie’s Vase, my own personal blog. I’ve been asked by the wonderfully Nat to hop on over and also blog here for you all :D I started off as a freebie blogger, and well, the times they are a changing. My main blog is starting to be filled with more and more, non freebie/hunt posts and it’s slowly make me very sad. That’s when Nat propose I do posts of that nature here! So, from now on I will be bringing you a whole sloe of freebie items, and the occasional hunt! Now, I’ll talk more about those things in a future post, let’s just jump right on into the look for today!
As you can see I decided to pare two looks today. Reason being I was over at a friend’s store, and I realized I own enough of her things to do a pull blog on them, so, I will! The store is called Beusy, and it is run by the lovely Colorless <3 The fashion at this store are a mix between indie/hipster and a big old rolled up mess of Kawai(cute in japanese!) punkness! I gave my self a challenge, try to cover myself in as much Beusy as I could. I think I have succeeded!
Let’s start off with the left girl shall we? Both hair of mouse ears I’m wearing are from the Arcade event! The red ones are a pair of plain all white ones tinted that color. I got the idea from the hair I am wearing, which I got from the annual sale at [e]. I love how messy it looks in the back but in the front it passes as clean and classy. Now let’s get into a the freebies I’ve got going on! This top, a great mesh creation I must say, is a free gift found on the marketplace from the Beusy’s store. It’s simple in color but it works over all as a good go to top. I like the way that this top can be paired with almost anything! The shorts are a recent release from [Whatever] and I am in love with them. There are about 5 or so patterns to choose from and I find that I reach for these shorts more often now than anything else in my invi.
The same goes for these boots. I bought them ages ago when I first started sl, but they still never disappointed. I wear them alot and find that they can go with almost anything if styled in the right way. I’m known for taking risks, but I do hate to be tacky, so I try to steer clear of using these bad boys with anything more than casual though! Another thing I want to talk about are these mesh hands from The Secret Garden. I actually bought this by mistake (wupz!) but they turned out to be alright. The shading is a bit off so it doesn’t match my current skin tone from this Tres Blah skin, but they are too pretty to not wear! They come in about 6 or so shades, and have 3 hand options along with 3 nail styles. I would recommend, highly, to demo before you buy because the texturing it meant to go along with tsg’s skins!
Now that we’ve talked a bit about that, lets move on to this other girl shall we? I wanted to stick to true to me, and go a bit wild. I’m a sucker for bright color teal hairs, and this one from Marie Dolls (right next to Beusy’s main store) is a jem. It’s a sculpt and yes, it does have flex prims – BUT that does not mean it’s not cute. Alot of her hairs are pretty adorable and lean towards more of the “punk” and “grunge” vibe, but I have to say I do love this hair, it’s a steal at only 100L too! Everything besides the ears and the stockings I am wearing, are from Beusy! The panda dress(it comes with a not bloody top don’t worry!) is currently available at SawgFest! Along with the nose ring featured in both looks. The booties are a new item as well, which can be found at her mainstore. But what I am currently in love with are these accessories! The mustache-chain glasses here are so cute and funny, I couldn’t stop myself from making a funny face when I put them on! I also adore these rainbow skeleton hand clips from there. There are many other colors to choose from! I chose the rainbow ones because I don’t think my invi would accept anything else! Over all I love this store and own a few other things that I will blog in the future
