I Am The Best

Hey my lovelies! Hope you are all having a great week so far. I’m up visiting my dad for the week and I’ve been having a very fun, relaxing time. He lives in the mountains, in the woods, and it’s really just breath taking up here! Anyway, enough about real life, this is a fashion blog after all! Oh! one more thing, Natalee will be away for awhile, she just had surgery. Let’s all wish her a speedy recovery! <3

So today I'm bringing you some kpop fashion. I've been all about kpop, mostly the girl group 2NE1. I adore them and their fashion. If you guys don't know who 2NE1 is, I suggest you go to YouTube right this instant and look them up. When Whatever released this dress the other day, it really reminded me of Bom from the "I Am the Best" music video, so I tried my best to recreate the look as best as possible. It took a little shopping and a little tinting of textures but I think I did a pretty good job! I really hope you guys enjoy this look as much as I enjoyed putting it together!

Hey guys! Ok so first, I wanted to let you all know that our dear Natalee has been absent from blogging because Sandy had knocked out her power. She has power back now, thankfully, but still no internet. I’m really glad that she’s ok!Hopefully she’ll be back soon!

Anywho! Atooly Hunts is having a nifty little fall hunt, it start November 5th and runs till the 23rd. It’s called “Falling into the Seasons Hunt.” There are 25 participating stores and you are trying to locate an orange leaf. You can find the store list and hints . Today, I’ve blogged two of the items that you can find in the hunt. First, is this wonderful Arbor from Nani Poses. It’s very autumny and has poses built into it. Very cute. The second item are these pants from Medley. They are awesome! They come in a light red (the one I’m wearing) and a darker red. You guys should really check it out! You can never go wrong with free stuff!

Hey guys! So, I’ve decided to bring you guys something a little different. Instead of the posh clothes, I’ve decided to get grungy. The hair from Fashionably Dead (Hair Fair) and the top from Chemistry were my inspiration for this look and, might I add, amazing! The hair is a bit messy and unkept, which I love, and it’s mesh (won’t go through your boobs when you move, girls!)

My First Post!

Hello! My name is Celeste Forwzy, but some people just call me Jim. I’m new to Style Minions and very excited to be blogging with these wonderful ladies. I’ve been in Second Life since 2007 but this is my very first time blogging. I like to spend my SL time rping at the Hogwarts:Your Story sim, chilling with my friends, and of course shopping! I mean really, what pixel girl doesn’t like shopping? My style tends to be a bit on the posh side, classy and elegant. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy what I have to bring to the Style Minions team! :)

Beetlebones has been a new quick favorite to my list with all of her BEAUTIFUL mesh releases! I love this dress called Shushu Frill Mesh Party Dress and it just went perfect with the 52 Weeks of Color Dark Raspberry theme! I must say that I am in love! It also comes with a flexi that you can attach to the skirt so that the dress still flows with you if you wish!

I was so excited when I saw bellballs was added to the list of Collabor88 for this month! I love these Diamond Firework earrings! They come in a gold and silver finish and are available exclusively at collabor88! You have until the 7th to get them! Also at Collabor88 vive9 released this super cute braided hair called Duchess Braid! I’m loving neons and braids this year so this was right up my alley!

Burley finally released a mesh hair and I was probably one of the first ones there after I heard about the release! It was a super cute Pigtail hair called Izzy that I totally adore! I was so excited to get it! I look forward to more Burley mesh releases that is for sure!

Bellballs is FINALLY opening its doors again today to release her Marry the Night collection! I’m wearing the all new Hollow Cross Earrings which are my favorite of the collection and I was lucky enough to be able to model them for her promo video! You should all check that out Here! She’s having a new store and launch party tonight at her store at 6PM SLT! You should all definitely stop by and check out her new collection!

I’m sure you all have an obsession with this seasons hottest neon colors! I’m obsessed and I’m waiting for MORE neon releases! This sweater I grabbed from tres blah at collabor88 a few months ago and I have to say I wear it all the time! I figure it was the perfect color to show off my Folly look!

So I’ve caught up to Alice Blue! Honestly finding this color was impossible for me! I realized that I absolutely own pretty much /nothing/ blue! Though I did luckily find a few things and overall I’m pretty happy with this outfit!

Wasabi Pills released a NEW mesh hair called Sybille! It’s a beautiful curly hair that kind of reminds me of a short mesh version of the hair from Milana that I was obsessed with for a month! I really like this hair and I’m REALLY loving mesh hair! I cannot get enough and I need MORE!

Kyoot probably has my favorite pants right now, these Eibo Trousers I must own in 7 different colors and they are perfect! I love the detail of the pockets on them and honestly every color I have goes perfectly with every outfit!

Pink Fuel released another preview skin of her new skin line Alyx for Valentine’s Day! You can pick up the tone Honey at her store (not sure if it is still out anymore!) for only 99L! I love this skin and I can’t wait for the full release! I picked up the new underwear set from Fishy Strawberry at the Juicy Crush on You event! I love this underwear set! It’s so simple and pretty! And finally three blogs, I’m done for the night! Good night everyone!

Happy Holidays With Love, Again!

One of my favorite things about the holidays is all the goodies for us bloggers to be able to blog! And of course SHOPPING! Let me tell you, I’ve done plenty of that and I’ve gotten some beautiful things with very limited spending! Honestly out of all the months, the perfect time to join SL is in December! You can make a brand new avatar with a few different outfits for very cheap if not free from great quality designers!

Probably my most favorite event this season is, once again, hosted by Chic Management & Keira Seerose. Keira never seems to let down on her limitless flow of creativity and has come back for a second season of the “With Love, Again Hunt”! Too many amazing stores to name but here’s a preview of some of the items! Check out the stores and hints here!

Out of the entire hunt, I had THREE absolutely favorite items. Of course the new dress/shirt from paper.doll with lovely lace detail as seen on my amazing friend Anyalia Pearl whom I stole for a picture or two! ISON’s mesh dress you cannot beat, it’s beautiful and my favorite shade of red! But really what made me dazzle the most were these wedges from Leverocci! I’ve seen a lot of attempted glitter items in SL which usually lead to no success, but these wedges, truthfully are the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. I think I freaked out when I saw them and it was love at first sight. I’ll be sending our save the dates for our wedding soon. Ha!

Last Minute Shopping

Today started one of many Christmas hunts over the next month.  The  “Where is…Hunt?” kicked off and it has some pretty fantastic stuff for you to grab. This post will highlight a couple of the things I grabbed and tomorrow when im not half asleep ill show you some more hahah.  So first off there is this gorgeous skin from Al Vulo that everyone must grab it has some really cute snow flakes running along the bottom of the eye that are really pretty.  Also once again Sticky Fingers has come up with a fabulous dress that is a soft black knit dress that is great on its own or even over your fav jeans.  And last but not least is Diesel works..Great Poses  are a must for any blogger or photographer so it was awesome to have them take part in this hunt and grab three great female poses and three mens ones.

I also wanted to highlight these amazing shoes from Maai.  They have just come out and are available in a variety of colours along with 18 colour options for the socks.  These were an absolute must for my invent and will be so well-worn , thank god you can’t wear out shoes in sl hahahahaha

Omg I can’t believe I nearly  forgot to mention this fabulous new hair from Lamb.  They recently come out with three new hairs that I couldn’t help but buy all three of haha. Go check them out I promise you wont be disappointed.
