Can you believe it’s already the end of 2011? I don’t know about you all, but I’ve had a FABULOUS year! For once everything went right in my life and honestly I couldn’t be happier than I am today! How was everyone else’s year? I hope you all had positive experiences that I was able to experience! And if not then there’s a whole new year for you to celebrate with your loved ones and of course, what new years is famous for, get drunk!
Luckily, Tres Blah released this, at least in my opinion, perfect party dress! Who doesn’t want to sparkle while ringing in the new year? Today was the, sadly, FINAL round of FLF and it has had an amazing run and the final round definitely did NOT disappoint! I spent way too much but I guess maybe I’ll make my new years resolution to SAVE money, ha. These poses from Glitterati called “Drink” are also from FLF and probably my favorite pose pack from them thus far. It really made me laugh!
No remember my readers! If there are cameras around and you are drunk, AVOID! The last thing you want to wake up to is some family member or friend uploading a super embarrassing picture of you that they will, of course, tag you in! Seems like I possibly can’t take my own advice! ;D Gogo recently posted this hud that is available for free on the marketplace that allows you to pose your hands, eyes and face! Let’s just say I’ve had too much fun with the duck lips & crossed eyes feature.

So many new releases out and it’s all exciting! With the start of the new year ahead of us, designers seem to be going out with a big bane! Burley & Maitreya both have some lovely new releases recently and I couldn’t help but snatch them up immediately!
Maitreya recently started releasing a series of mesh items and, like all of maitreya’s items they are fabulous. One of my favorite things from them was this Athena Mesh Sweater, especially in green so I can wear it when I’m RPing at Hogwarts:Your Story as well! I was really impressed with the quality of it and the back of the sweater is lovely scooped back! Whoever said sweaters can’t be sexy clearly hasn’t tried this one on yet!
Burley has become one of my favorite hair stops this year. Their textures are unique from other hair stores and really it makes them a stand out against their competitors in my opinion. Of course their unique styles helps as well! There were multiple hair styles released recently, be sure to check Burley out!

This is a short LOTD post but I have to say with all the new MESH releases coming out lately, I’m falling head over heels! The new Maitreya release, as well as Celoe & Mon Tissu are to die for and I will show you some more mesh looks over the next few days! Here’s a mesh dress/tunic from Maitreya! It’s absolutely beautifully textured and I think I’m going to have trouble taking it off all week!

I found this beautiful violin set from Baffle and have been waiting for the perfect moment to
show of my musical skills and i thought there is no time like christmas!

Hey their, It’s really late here so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet and to the point =) As im sure most of you know there is an amazing store called Essences and they have recently come out with a skin that is just amazing at the fashion garret. The skin is called Azalia and it is just stunning. After grabbing this skin I tped to their new store at the chic sim and bought this really cute black and white top. I have bought a couple of there prim tops before and they always fit well with out having to really adjust anything which is always a big plus for me when I think about making more purchases at a store. After that I headed over to Maitreya to grab there new mesh bag that I have been longing to get since it came out and told myself it was my xmas present so I couldn’t talk myself our of spending the money hahaha. Hey everyone, Today on my journeys I came along a cute little store that I hadn’t been to before called BCC. They have some really great stuff and the one thing that I simply couldn’t go past was these awesome leggings with little bear head patches on the knees lol. This lead me to find something to go with them and to create this blog After discovering the store Love recently there was no doubt that I wanted to wear one of their hairs for this pic and this messy high bun hair was just perfect and sooo a me hairstyle (well when I had long hair that is haha). Todays shopping trip was about discovering new stores for me and the store I got my jumper and bag from was one of them. Bukka was a store I found after seeing one of their items on a blog roll recently and thought I’d go check it out. They have some great things at reasonable prices and they also have some of their things up on three lucky boards which is always good. This jumper comes with options for the cuffs and collar so you can play with it a bit which is awesome and the bag can be attached either on your back or on your hip as I have worn it. So all in all a great day of new stores and great buys. Hope you all have a great Sunday !!

I’d like to add that when I took this picture I didn’t know at the time that Love had taken it down and was no longer selling it. They had found out that the template that had used in the creation of the skin had in fact been stolen and resold. I applaud the owner of Love for taking such quick action in taking down this item even tho it was sad to see such a beautiful skin taken away. After this post I like the owner of Love will not blog this skin again as I believe that no ones hard work in sl should ever be copied and sold. Again Id just like to say how refreshing it is that this store unlike so many others has taken the item down and not left it up and tried to work around it by saying they have modified the template enough that it doesnt matter.
It’s that time again! The fresh air of a new and WONDERFUL event! This one thought up by the genius behind Croire, Emily Kaestner! Four Corners is a special event taking place on the Meow Sim which features four mood boards and select stores pick a board and create something to match! The Mood I’m showing you right now is from the “Bikes & Spikes”, but seriously all other moods were not a let down!
My favorite item from the entire event was this Jacket from Beetlebones. It’s hard to believe that this is MESH! It’s absolutely beautiful textured and honestly Beetlebones, with all my purchases there, have never been a let down! I’m excited to welcome this jacket to my inventory! It comes in Black or Tan but honestly, both would make a wonderful addition to anyone’s inventory!
The pants and top are the new release for Four Corners from League! Just like any league item they are wonderful, especially the pants! The newest item I’m excited about is I came across a new store called Bellballs who created these AMAZING earrings! The detail and care that went towards making these is incredible and a definite must buy!

This week has had me planing what I’ll be cooking for christmas dinner so I bought a bit of my rl into sl with this pictures theme centred around that. This is an older dress that I have had for a while from Cynful but is still just as pretty as the day I bought it. I wanted to add a little splash of christmas into the outfit so I popped over to Izzie’s and tried out here new christmas gatcha machine and won this really cute snowflake necklace. I also wanted to keep the snowflake theme going a bit so I had a little search around on marketplace and found these really subtle but adorable leggings from Rha that just went perfectly. And of course you can’t have a christmas themed outfit with out a little red or green so I grabbed my Mstyle shoes and this gorgeous bracelet from Mandala and I was all dressed and ready to go…Just needed the christmas table.
For this I couldn’t go past the amazing decorations that Y’s house has recently bought out. As is the norm for Y’s house everything is impeccably textured and designed and couldn’t help but buy all of it haha. And when your thinking decorating and christmas how could you passably go past What Next. I dropped in and grabbed the dinner plate settings and some fun garlands for the wall.

I recently went to check out the new perfect wardrobe selection and found this gorgeous reindeer sweater from Izzie’s. I have been looking for something to wear antlers with and once I saw this sweater I knew I had my pic hahhaha. As with all of Izzie’s clothes this sweater is perfectly textures and fits everywhere brillantly. I had my top half worked out but for the life of me couldn’t figure out what I wanted to do with my bottom half lol. So after digging through my invent for awhile and trying on a million things I decided that the perfect things to go with this where these white jeans from Cynful and this amazing boots from Reek. What do you do when it’s snowing outside? Sit in your window and watch it fall to the ground, settle and cover
everything in a blanket of white which makes the world look still and silent for a moment.
Or are you like me, grab what warm clothing you can whilst running out the door to
place your footprints in it first to make your mark before looking up to the sky,
mouth open to get a few flakes on the end of your tongue … Mmmmmm.
I never have much by my door but I had my cosy pink winter sweater from Izzies on the edge on my couch and my Izzies mittens
tuck inside my [GOS] boots which are always sat by the door ready for a day just like this, and well i was already in my awesome DeeTalez jeans.
